WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

If you need to reschedule a class you can do so within the current timetable provided you give more than 24 hours' notice.  You can email Helen or do this online via your booking email.  If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice we ask for payment in full.  For those clients who have booked a regular class (6 or more within the current timetable), we offer a 'catch-up where there is space' system for any last-minute cancellations.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE STUDIO?

We have a large drive with and central island so I ask that people drive as round anticlockwise and park as far round as they can, depending on what other cars are there, ensuring others who arrive after you also have space to park.

Yes, there is a toilet and access to handwashing and fresh water to fill up your own water bottle.

Hill View provides mats and equipment so you just need to bring yourself.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

You can wear something comfortable and that you can move around in unrestricted. We will take our shoes off and have bare feet or socks.

We are as safe as we can be with fresh air circulation at all times, equipment cleaning after every class.
