WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY
Helen2023-03-22T16:53:36+00:00If you need to reschedule a class you can do so within the current timetable provided you give more than 24 hours' notice. You can email Helen or do this online via your booking email. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice we ask for payment in full. For those clients who have booked a regular class (6 or more within the current timetable), we offer a 'catch-up where there is space' system for any last-minute cancellations.
