Pilates really is accessible to everyone and it can improve your physical and mental wellbeing whatever your starting point is. Whether you suffer from pain, have limited movement, or if you are fit and strong and a keen sports enthusiast, Pilates has something for you. If you have a specific question or would just like to talk about which class will be right for you, give me a call anytime.
We have windows and doors around the whole of the studio and so a good fresh air circulation at all times. Equipment is cleaned at the end of every class.
Yes, Pilates is safe during and after pregnancy. It can help to increase your energy and fitness during pregnancy as well as aiding in post-natal recovery. We would recommend starting pilates after your first trimester.
Due to the small class sizes, pregnant ladies are welcome across the timetable.
You can wear something comfortable and that you can move around in unrestricted. We will take our shoes off and have bare feet or socks.
Hill View provides mats and equipment so you just need to bring yourself.
Yes, we have a toilet in the studio and water available.
We have a large drive with a central island so I ask that people drive straight ahead as they come in and all the way around the island anticlockwise, parking as far around as you can and so allowing the person behind you to do the same. This helps ensure that there is space for everyone.
If you need to reschedule a class you can do so within the current timetable provided you give more than 24 hours notice. You can email Helen or do this online via your booking email.
If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice we ask for payment in full. For those clients who have booked a regular class (6 or more within the current timetable), we offer a ‘catch-up where there is space’ system for any last-minute cancellations.
