Pilates really is accessible to everyone and it can improve your physical and mental wellbeing whatever your starting point is.  Whether you suffer from pain, have limited movement, or if you are fit and strong and a keen sports enthusiast, Pilates has something for you. We are as safe as we can be with fresh air circulation, equipment cleaning after every class and mask-wearing in the communal area.  Our mats are 1 metre or more apart and the class size is small.

Yes, Pilates is safe during and after pregnancy. It can help to increase your energy and fitness during pregnancy as well as aiding in post-natal recovery. We would recommend starting pilates after your first trimester.

Due to the small class sizes, pregnant ladies are welcome across the timetable.

You can wear something comfortable and that you can move around in unrestricted. We will take our shoes off and have bare feet or socks.

Hill View provides mats and equipment so you just need to bring yourself.

Yes, there is a toilet and access to handwashing and fresh water to fill up your own water bottle.

Yes, we have a large drive with a central island so I ask that people drive around the island anticlockwise and park as far round as they can, depending on what other cars are there.  This helps ensure that there is space for everyone.
